    Future Skills College is an online learning platform offering practical courses and micro-courses to build real-world skills for work and life. Future Skills College is a brand of HelixOneGlobal.

  2. What is HelixOneGlobal?
    HelixOneGlobal is an e-commerce company consisting of several brands, including Future Skills College.

  3. How are the courses delivered?
    All courses are delivered online and accessed digitally through our learning platform. Learning includes AI tutor support, with potential human support via email for access and general course queries.

  4. Are the courses self-paced?
    Yes. Courses are self-paced, so you can learn at a time and pace that suits you within your access period.

  5. Where are courses hosted?
    Courses are hosted via Coursebox (a third-party learning platform provider).

  6. Who owns the course content?
    All courses and learning materials are the property of HelixOneGlobal, even if they are hosted on a third-party platform.

  7. Can HelixOneGlobal change the learning platform?
    Yes. HelixOneGlobal reserves the right to change the course delivery platform. If we do, we will provide learners with continued access to the course content via the updated delivery method.

  8. How do I enrol?
    Choose your course on our website (or via the learning platform) and complete payment through the secure checkout/payment gateway.

  9. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secure online payments (card and options like Google Pay where available). We may also offer Stripe, Wise transfers, Remitly, and bank transfer—please see our Payment Options page for the latest details.

  10. Can my employer pay for my course?
    Yes. Employers can sponsor learners. Contact HelixOneGlobal for an invoice or secure payment link.

  11. How long do I have access to my course?
    Course access is provided for 90 days from the date access is issued (unless the course page states otherwise).

  12. What if I can’t complete my course within 90 days?
    Please contact HelixOneGlobal before your access expires. We will confirm the options available, which may include an extension or re-enrolment (depending on the course and platform access rules).

  13. Do you offer live classes or face-to-face teaching?
    Our standard delivery is digital and self-paced. Any live sessions (if offered) will be clearly stated on the course page.

  14. What support is available if I need help?
    You can use the AI tutor within the platform and contact HelixOneGlobal by email for help with access and general course queries.

  15. Will I receive a certificate?
    Yes. Certificates are issued for eligible courses once you meet the completion requirements stated on the course page (for example, completing modules and any required quizzes/activities).

  16. Do you offer digital badges or micro-credentials?
    Yes. Some learning pathways include digital badges or micro-credentials to recognise skills gained across defined learning outcomes. Where available, badge requirements are explained on the relevant course or pathway page.

  17. Are any courses accredited?
    Some courses are accredited by course-accreditation.com. HelixOneGlobal and Future Skills College are members, and accredited courses will be clearly marked on the course page.

  18. Are all courses accredited?
    No. Accreditation applies only to selected courses, where stated.

  19. Do you sell e-books as well as courses?
    Yes. We sell digital e-books that can be purchased online via secure checkout.

  20. How are e-books delivered, and what format are they in?
    After payment, e-books are supplied as a downloadable ZIP folder containing PDF and EPUB files.

  21. Can I cancel or get a refund after I’ve accessed a course or downloaded an e-book?
    Because our courses and e-books are digital content, once you have started accessing the course platform or downloaded the e-book files, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. Under UK consumer rules, the right to cancel digital content can end when supply begins if you gave express consent and acknowledged this. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

  22. What if the digital content is faulty or not as described?
    If a course or e-book is faulty or not as described, you have rights under UK consumer law relating to faulty digital content. Please contact HelixOneGlobal so we can resolve the issue.
